Director of Operations

📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day operations across the studio network, corporate team, call center, scheduling
• Own recruiting, performance management, talent reviews, and workforce planning, with the People
• Build and run scorecards, operating reviews, and a weekly accountability cadence for studio
• Run payroll and back-office administration accurately and on time, including corrections and
• Make facilities, vendor, and location-spend decisions within agreed authority limits, then
• Coordinate the operational response to labor, compliance, and legal matters by gathering facts

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading operations across multiple brick-and-mortar locations, such as a regional
• Direct experience with several of the following: payroll, recruiting, performance management
• Evidence that you can lead a team while remaining close enough to the work to diagnose problems and
• Sound judgment about when to decide independently, when to gather more information, and when to
• A practical approach to tools, contractors, automation, and AI that improves execution without
• Clear written and verbal communication, strong follow-through, and a record of holding teams
