📋 Description

• Translate strategies into SOPs, models, and workflows.
• Standardize SOPs and training for Client Delivery teams.
• Create financial models and scalable delivery plans.
• Own Playbook OS docs, guides, and SOPs.
• Collaborate with Product & Engineering on updates.
• Oversee operational configuration of the tech stack.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7+ years of leadership in hospitality or related fields.
• 2–3 years managing multi-site portfolios.
• Proven rollout and L&D experience across distributed sites.
• Tech fluency: G Suite, dashboards; Slack.
• Strong financial skills: proformas, models, and P&L analysis.
