Director of Operations

📋 Description

• Ensure full enrollment of the school at all times
• Refine and execute student recruitment plans including mailings, phone calls, events, etc.
• Refine and execute student enrollment plans
• Directly manage school operations team, operational interns, and volunteers
• Manage growth and development of operations team members
• Work in close partnership with Principal and leadership team to ensure aligned procedures for school

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Four or more years of work experience highly preferred
• 2+ years experience in K-12 school operations strongly preferred; prior experience as a teacher a
• Experience working with under-resourced communities, families, and/or students
• Demonstrated success in building relationships and trust with leaders, teachers, students, parents
• Demonstrated success with design and execution of logistics
