📋 Description

• Lead operations with visibility, engaging staff, students, and families.
• Respond to emergencies, including outside hours, to ensure safety.
• Maintain reliable availability during school hours for time-sensitive needs.
• Model calm, steady leadership under high-pressure situations.
• Coach operations staff through regular check-ins and feedback.
• Create protocols for daily ops, arrivals, transitions, and events.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 2 years DOO experience in NYC Charter School.
• 2 years of experience managing and developing a team.
• NYC Food Protection Certification (must obtain within 90 days).
• NYC D-10 Certification (must obtain within 1 year).
• CPR, First Aid, AED Certification (must obtain within 90 days).
