🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in operations, business operations, or a related leadership role.
• Proven experience designing and scaling processes and teams within a rapidly growing organization.
• Experience working in high-growth D2C, e-commerce, marketplace, or technology-driven environments
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify operational challenges, inefficiencies, and
• Experience managing manufacturing, supply chain, or external operational partners while balancing
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence teams across engineering
