📋 Description

• Oversee operational performance of hospital-based programs in assigned region.
• Build relationships with hospital executives, nursing leadership, and physicians.
• Set performance goals with clinical leadership and monitor results.
• Support onboarding and launch of new programs with internal teams.
• Coordinate with recruiting, HR, and medical leadership for effective operations.
• Lead contract negotiations and identify expansion opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business/healthcare administration or related field.
• 3-5 years leadership experience in healthcare operations.
• Strong analytical, financial, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively (air and ground).
