📋 Description

• Lead and manage a team of local managers to ensure alignment with state-level operational
• Assist local managers with hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members to support regional
• Own state performance of goals by tracking and reporting on operational performance within your

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in healthcare or health services operations, with a focus on patient-facing
• 3+ years of direct people management experience, including supervising managers or team leads.
• Demonstrated ability to manage operational performance, gather and analyze data, and drive
• Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with budget oversight or financial management.
