🎯 Requirements

• 8-10+ years of experience in operations, real estate, consulting, or a related field
• Proven experience leading Managers and overseeing multiple teams or functions
• Demonstrated ability to make sound operational decisions aligned with strategic objectives
• Experience managing resources, budgets, and cross-functional priorities
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Proven track record of building high-performing teams and driving operational improvements

• Expected base salary of $165,000- $175,000
