📋 Description

• Lead and manage a pod of Paid Advertising Strategists, taking direct responsibility for hiring
• Build strong team engagement and retention by fostering psychological safety, positive team
• Manage performance through structured feedback and performance frameworks, providing clear
• Oversee capacity planning and staffing alignment as client portfolios and business priorities
• Provide executive-level oversight across client accounts, including hands-on strategic support for

🎯 Requirements

• 7–8 years of digital marketing experience, including at least 5 years in an agency environment.
• 5+ years of hands-on, expert-level experience in Paid Advertising.
• 5+ years of experience managing teams, including performance management, coaching, mentoring, and
• Demonstrated credibility and sound judgment that have earned the trust of experienced channel
• Expert understanding of how paid advertising contributes to the broader marketing funnel, customer
