Director of Partnerships

📋 Description

• Own relationships with banking partners, liquidity providers, blockchain ecosystems, payment
• Deepen existing partnerships and open new ones
• Run partnership cycles end to end, from sourcing through legal and compliance review to close
• Structure partner agreements including revenue share, pricing, and integration terms
• Launch distribution motion with platforms that embed or resell Bastion
• Translate partner roadmaps into priorities for product and engineering

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or a related role
• Ability to map and prioritize partner gaps by revenue impact
• Experience structuring and closing partnership agreements
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (CEO, product, engineering, legal
• Ability to drive partners through integration and launch
• Experience building partner programs and distribution channels
