📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end fraud risk strategy across payments stack and partners.
• Lead AI-assisted risk operations, with governance and human checks.
• Manage vendor, processor, and banking partner relationships and SLAs.
• Lead investigations and incident response with evidence-first discipline.
• Build and govern AI-native workflows for risk triage and forensics.
• Grow the Risk team: hire, coach, and train analysts.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in payments risk, fraud, or dispute ops; 3+ years leading a team (crypto).
• Card rails, chargebacks, disputes, ACH, real-time rails; crypto risk.
• Platform fluency: Sardine, SEON, Sift, Kount, Forter; rule authoring.
• Strong SQL and logs/observability; self-serve analytics.
• AI-native leadership: built AI workflows with guardrails and human-in-the-loop.
• People leadership: hire and coach risk analysts; lead AI-driven change.
