📋 Description

• Partner with CFO/Operations to set HR priorities and measure progress
• Audit and refine HR processes, documentation, and workflows
• Lead full-cycle recruiting in the US; Ashby ATS experience is a plus
• Redesign performance management and compensation leveling
• Build L&D framework and a 2026 Manager Training Program
• Strengthen employee experience and remote workforce culture

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on HR leadership in scaling SaaS/tech (50–250 employees)
• Design scalable HR processes and programs
• Partner with leaders to translate strategy into action
• Proficient with HRIS/ATS tools (Ashby, Sequoia One, Pave)
• Strong communication and remote-team leadership
• Degree required (bachelor’s or equivalent)
