📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day performance marketing and digital acquisition activities, establishing a scalable
• Own paid acquisition across search, display, paid social, and retargeting, continuously testing and
• Partner with Sales and Revenue Operations to define ideal customer profiles, align campaign
• Manage external agency partners across paid media, SEO, and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)
• Own the marketing technology stack, attribution framework, and end-to-end data flows, developing

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in growth, digital, or performance marketing, ideally within fintech or B2B
• Experience working at a company undergoing significant growth and scaling marketing initiatives to
• Proven experience managing people and/or agency partners, with the ability to build strong teams
• Hands-on expertise in SEO, paid acquisition, website optimization, and modern demand generation
• Experience supporting sales-led acquisition, intent-based targeting, personalization, and
• Strong understanding of performance metrics and unit economics, including CAC, payback periods
