📋 Description

• Lead industrial engineering initiatives across the plant.
• Provide design support for new and existing equipment.
• Identify and implement plant improvements to boost throughput, quality, safety.
• Own and improve preventive maintenance for plant equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and systems issues to reduce downtime.
• Oversee installation and commissioning of new equipment.

🎯 Requirements

• Self-starter who takes ownership of problems from diagnosis through resolution.
• Experience in industrial engineering, plant maintenance, or manufacturing ops.
• Hands-on mechanical aptitude with project and vendor management.
• Computer literacy: Word and Excel; setting up equipment and networks.
• Knowledge of environmental reporting and plant compliance.
• Strong cross-functional communication with production, safety, and management.
