DIRECTOR OF PLANT ENGINEERING

📋 Description

• Lead industrial engineering initiatives across the plant, including process design, workflow
• Provide mechanical and industrial design support for new and existing equipment and processes.
• Identify and implement plant improvement projects that increase throughput, quality, and safety.
• Prepare and manage environmental reports and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Own and continuously improve the plant's preventive maintenance program for production and facility
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and systems issues to minimize downtime.

🎯 Requirements

• A self-starter who takes ownership of problems from diagnosis through resolution.
• Proven experience in industrial engineering, plant maintenance, or manufacturing operations —
• Hands-on mechanical aptitude combined with the ability to manage projects and vendors.
• Computer literacy required, including Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with setting up
• Working knowledge of environmental reporting and plant compliance requirements.
• Metallurgical background a plus.
