Director of Platform Management for Simulation, Evaluation & Validation

📋 Description

• Lead product vision for platforms used to develop, evaluate, and validate the AI Driver.
• Oversee open/closed loop simulation, evaluation, synthetic data, and validation pipelines.
• Align cross-team roadmaps across simulation, evaluation, and validation initiatives.
• Drive developer experience and platform quality to enable faster insights.
• Represent the platform to OEMs, regulators, and industry forums.
• Establish regular reviews and quarterly planning with leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years product management with 3–5 years leading PM teams.
• Experience building internal platforms, dev tools, or ML/AI eval infra.
• Data-driven with KPIs tied to velocity, signal quality, and cost per eval.
• Systems thinking across hardware, AI, and product functions.
• Insight-driven leader with proven impact on go/no-go decisions.
• Product craft focusing on workflows, latency, and UX.
