Director of Presales Engineering

📋 Description

• Partner with Account Executives to align capabilities with customer goals
• Design and deliver customized demos showing value
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to support revenue growth through technical insight
• Train and enable Sales/Marketing on platform functionality and differentiators
• Complete RFI / RFP responses and proof of concept projects
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot demo and trial environments

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in CS, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years as a Presales Engineer at a B2B SaaS company
• 3+ years in the P&C insurance industry on a SaaS platform
• Strong ability translating technical information for non-technical audiences
• Excellent presentation, collaboration and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable with system configuration and troubleshooting; Python/Salesforce bonus
