📋 Description

• Lead the processing department and set strategy across all product types.
• Manage and develop the Processing Manager, Development Manager, and Training Manager.
• Build leadership bench; coach managers to grow into bigger roles.
• Represent processing in origination, underwriting, and closing conversations.
• Optimize workflows; remove bottlenecks; standardize processes.
• Roll out new systems and processes; onboard service providers.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years mortgage loan processing with strong leadership.
• 3+ years processing management experience.
• Extensive Encompass experience preferred.
• Proven track record scaling processing with measurable results.
• Ability to lead leaders and build motivated teams.
• Strong knowledge of agency/portfolio products; data-driven decisions.
