📋 Description

• Own the product strategy across the entire portfolio
• Define and own Product & Technology OKRs with the executive team
• Lead and develop senior product representatives, building a leadership bench
• Prioritise at portfolio level — deciding what gets built, what waits, and what doesn't get built at
• Be the senior product interface for commercial leadership and key partners
• Champion AI-first ways of working — embedding automation into how the product organisation operates

🎯 Requirements

• Proven product leadership at scale — you've led leaders, not just teams, and owned business
• Strong track record of turning ambiguous business goals into product strategy and shipped results
• Executive presence — comfortable setting OKRs with a C-suite, reporting at board level, and being
• Commercial fluency — at home in revenue and business conversations as well as product requirements
• Sharp analytical grounding — know your numbers and make prioritisation decisions with them
• Background in online gaming or experience building consumer-facing products at scale is strongly
