• Lead and develop the product organization: Manage and coach four direct reports, including three

• Own product metrics and operating rhythms: Define product metrics, instrumentation standards
• Translate strategy into execution: Maintain strategy documents, OKRs, roadmaps, and other durable
• Lead competitive intelligence: Maintain an up-to-date view of workforce technology and emerging

🎯 Requirements

• People leadership experience: Proven experience directly managing and developing Product Managers
• Company-level product ownership: Demonstrated ability to own an integrated product roadmap across
• Product operations expertise: Experience running cross-functional planning, executive updates
• Strong metrics fluency: Ability to establish meaningful product metrics, instrumentation
• Strategic communication: Strong ability to translate company strategy into durable OKRs, roadmaps
• Stakeholder management: Demonstrated success working across Engineering, Data, GTM, Customer
