📋 Description

• Own and maintain a unified HW/SW product strategy aligned to defense priorities.
• Create and publish an integrated cross-product roadmap with timelines and milestones.
• Drive product consolidation and positioning; define requirements and GTM.
• Build market requirements for each product in the HW/SW portfolio.
• Partner with engineering to assess system architecture feasibility.
• Lead and mentor product managers; drive execution across engineering and stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hardware-enabled product management leadership
• Strong technical fluency in space systems, HW and SW
• Ability to define MRD, roadmaps, and go-to-market plans
• Cross-functional leadership across engineering, design and executives
• Partner with engineering on system architecture feasibility
• Comfort operating in ambiguity; deliver in a constrained environment
