📋 Description

• Develop and own the product vision and roadmap for the UK market, translating customer and market
• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team spanning Product and Design, coaching Product Managers and
• Engage directly with UK customers and frontline users to understand operational challenges and
• Partner with Sales, Delivery, Customer Success, and other customer-facing teams to ensure the

🎯 Requirements

• Significant product management experience, including several years leading Product Managers and
• Demonstrated experience taking complex products from strategy through delivery and adoption.
• Strong bias towards execution, with the ability to translate strategy into priorities, establish
• Experience with enterprise SaaS, government technology, policing, public safety, or similarly
• Familiarity with AI-enabled products, data-rich workflows, or modern approaches to software design
