📋 Description

• Own and drive the product portfolio strategy for data observability, quality, and catalog.
• Lead and develop product managers and designers to build a high-performing team.
• Oversee the product roadmap with prioritization for short-term delivery and long-term positioning.
• Represent the product at the executive level; communicate strategy and tradeoffs to leadership.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success.
• Lead go-to-market collaboration with marketing, sales, and customer success for positioning and launches.

🎯 Requirements

• Industry experience in B2B and SaaS product companies is a must.
• 5-7+ years in product management, focused on data observability, quality, management, or related areas.
• Technical proficiency in data management concepts, data pipelines, and data quality principles.
• Market knowledge in data observability/quality trends and customer needs.
• AI and agentic product fluency: familiarity with autonomous agents, LLMs, and automation.
• Strong strategic thinking, communication, collaboration, and analytical skills; passion for data.
