Director of Product, AI

📋 Description

• Lead AI product strategy and roadmaps for industrial/public sector customers.
• Collaborate with ML/platform engineers, design, sales, and marketing to deliver AI solutions.
• Define requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for AI initiatives.
• Own GTM strategy, pricing, contracts, and product launches for AI products.
• Establish KPIs and use data-driven insights to optimize product performance.
• Maintain regulatory/compliance and ethics considerations in AI offerings.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering (Master’s/MBA preferred).
• 10+ years in Product Management, with AI product launches in last 5 years.
• Deep AI/ML knowledge: models, transformers, neural nets, deep learning, generative AI.
• Strong B2B enterprise experience with large industrial/public sector customers.
• Experience with IoT products (drones, cameras, sensors) and UI/UX collaboration.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior executives.
