Director of Product – AI Underwriting

📋 Description

• Own ARIVE AI Underwriting Rules & outputs
• Validate rules with lenders and agencies
• Own Pre-Underwrite outputs: audits, checklists, conditions
• Direct underwriting depth across income, assets, credit, collateral
• Partner with platform engineers to refine prompts
• Shape AI Underwriting roadmap with cross-functional teams

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years mortgage underwriting or agency credit policy
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred
• Mastery of agency guidelines (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA)
• Non-QM underwriting experience strongly preferred
• Wholesale/TPO or broker lending background preferred
• Experience with AI/LLM platforms; review prompts & agent behavior
