🎯 Requirements

• 8-12 years PM in complex tech domains; trading/investment exp a plus.
• Technical fluency with system design, data flows, and tradeoffs.
• Experience leading and developing a PM team.
• Strong storytelling to distill concepts for partners/clients.
• Comfortable setting multi-year platform strategy and unblocking edge cases.
• Creative problem solving within regulatory and technical constraints.
