Director of Product - Cards

📋 Description

• Lead strategy, roadmap, and execution for ClearBank's cards product.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to enhancement.
• Collaborate with partners and internal teams to deliver card solutions.
• Manage scheme compliance, billing manuals, interchange, and mandates.
• Oversee authentication and transaction authorisation journeys.
• Drive commercial performance with Card P&L and pricing models.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep understanding of Card Issuance (including Debit Issuance), 7+ years.
• Knowledge of Card Scheme frameworks (Visa preferred).
• Experience with Card Processing partners.
• Strong commercial acumen and P&L ownership.
• 5+ years of Senior Product Manager leadership.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
