📋 Description

• Define multi-year product strategy and roadmap for ClickHouse Cloud.
• Prioritize investments across core engine, storage, and query framework.
• Coach Product Managers to align platform strategy and priorities.
• Partner with Design, Eng, Sales, Marketing, Support, CS.
• Balance long-term platform investments with near-term priorities.
• Advise executives on product strategy, risks, trade-offs.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years PM experience in cloud infra, enterprise SaaS, or databases.
• Influence product direction across multiple engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native data infra.
• Comfortable with strategic and technical decisions with senior leaders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience shipping complex infrastructure like replication/DR.
• Proven ability to mentor Product Managers.
