Director of Product, Consumer UX/UI

📋 Description

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Consumer Frontend.
• Lead UI paradigms for Roblox Consumer App; provide UI leadership.
• Invest in stakeholder management to drive UI standardization and design system adoption.
• Help define success metrics and measure progress toward them.
• PM critical projects when required (hands-on PM and leadership).
• Grow the PM team, hire when needed, and represent at external events with Creators.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of Product Management delivering consumer products across multiple platforms.
• Experience defining or driving design systems and platform UI changes.
• Proven ability to work with engineers and designers as primary customers.
• Strong internal stakeholder management and alignment.
• Excellent communicator; able to articulate roadmaps and priorities to executives.
• Hands-on with engineers; Luau and React experience is a plus; AB testing a plus.
