Director of Product

📋 Description

• Translate customer reality into a roadmap for Weaviate Database, Weaviate Cloud, and agent products
• Maintain a single prioritized roadmap showing what's shipping and what moved
• Own prioritization with business value, tradeoffs, and evidence
• Work closely with engineering on sequencing, feasibility, and dependencies
• Set operating cadence for planning and execution; hire and develop PMs
• Partner with GTM/marketing for positioning that matches customer problems

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in product management with hands-on IC experience
• Experience with enterprise customers: discovery, requirements, expectation management
• Track record of quantifying business impact and defending prioritization
• Comfortable in deep technical domains (databases, data infra, distributed systems, developer tools)
• Experience running product processes in Linear or similar tools
• Strong written communication; ability to lead with docs
