Director of Product Design

📋 Description

• Lead the design team and help build the next version of Carwow
• Shape the product experience alongside VP of Product and Product/Engineering leaders
• Design for both sides of the two-sided marketplace (customers and dealers)
• Connect discovery, buying, and selling experiences across web and app
• Raise the bar for design quality and standards
• Coach, develop, and hire Product Designers

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading Product Design in a strong digital product business
• Strong product judgement and deep care about craft
• Experience designing for a marketplace or complex product with different user types
• Ability to balance consumer and professional user needs
• Great partnership skills with Product and Engineering teams
• Automotive experience not required
