📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day operations of Replit's Product Design org, ensuring work is aligned and delivered
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of product designers and grow their impact.
• Shape and elevate the customer journey.
• Collaborate daily with designers, whiteboard ideas, review work, and solve complex UX challenges.
• Stay informed across active initiatives to enable timely design critique and decisions.
• Raise the quality of product design through craft and taste.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience leading product design teams in high-growth tech companies.
• Ability to balance leadership with hands-on product design contribution.
• Portfolio demonstrating craft, interaction design, product thinking, and systems thinking.
• Experience partnering with Product and Engineering on technically sophisticated products.
• Successful cross-functional product development leadership in fast-moving environments.
• Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
