📋 Description

• Build the product engineering capability for manufacturing scale
• Lead launch and high-volume production of Graphcore products
• Recruit and develop a team focused on semiconductor/PCBA manufacturing
• Shape yield, quality and cost across chip manufacturing, test, PCBA and system level production
• Provide data, standards and direction for production insights
• Lead with manufacturing partners across locations

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive semiconductor product/ manufacturing engineering capability
• Proven people leadership across geographies
• Strong understanding of semiconductor, PCBA and system manufacturing/testing
• Deep statistical analysis: SPC, DOE, regression, hypothesis testing, Six Sigma
• Ability to analyse large manufacturing datasets using Python, SQL, JMP
• Proven ability to improve yield, quality and cost in high-volume production
