Director of Product, Infrastructure and Developer Productivity

📋 Description

• Lead product strategy across Infrastructure, Reliability, and Developer Productivity.
• Partner with engineering leadership to set roadmaps and priorities.
• Help Webflow become AI-first by advancing tooling for AI-powered systems.
• Link internal infra with customer-facing infra, including cloud hosting.
• Strengthen reliability posture with metrics, processes, and operating rhythms.
• Lead a lean PM team as a player-coach across Eng, Security, Product, Data, Finance.

🎯 Requirements

• BS/BA degree or relevant experience.
• Deep technical fluency; translate infra work into business outcomes.
• Distributed systems, infra, reliability, and dev platforms background.
• Experience with cloud platforms, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and observability.
• Partner with senior infra leaders; understand tradeoffs and priorities.
• Player-coach leading a lean platform-focused team.
