📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end innovation pipeline across core products.
• Build the stage-gate process with clear go/no-go criteria.
• Lead partnerships to unlock new products and formats.
• Own P&L and budget for R&D, ingredients, and launches.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Ops, Finance, etc.
• Lead with consumer and market insight to prioritize the pipeline.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in product innovation or culinary leadership.
• Experience building a stage-gate process from scratch.
• Track record leading teams and owning P&L.
• Hands-on; comfortable in kitchen or process work.
• Concept development, food science, sensory eval, scaled production.
• Experience partnering with senior leadership to translate strategy into execution.
