📋 Description

• Lead the creation and distribution of regulatory policies, compliance SOPs, and a compliance memo
• Partner with the Raw Materials Development team on new materials awareness for upcoming seasons.
• Lead the oversight of Alo’s Restricted Substance List (RSL) and Product-Specific Restricted
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to proactively identify and mitigate compliance risks in
• Establish and lead raw material and finished product tolerances, creating a compliance framework
• Establish, maintain, and update Alo’s raw materials testing protocols to ensure global compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Technology, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in quality and regulatory compliance within the apparel industry, with a
• Expertise in setting up and managing quality control and regulatory compliance processes for
• Strong industry knowledge of Restricted Substance Lists (RSL), Cotton Origin Verification, and
• Demonstrated experience in supplier management, third-party testing coordination, and implementing
• Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work
