📋 Description

• Own the multi-year product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Logistics — spanning service coverage
• Partner with the company's executive leadership to define, prioritize, and deliver the strategy
• Solve complex fulfillment problems and build 0-to-1 products and services that create synergistic
• Lead, hire, develop, and grow a high-performing team of product managers; establish operating
• Act as a trusted partner to engineering and ML leadership on complex, high-stakes technical
• Define clear success metrics and maintain a rigorous experimentation portfolio with a consistent

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of product management or similar experience, including 4+ years managing and developing
• Strong marketplace or systems thinking — the ability to reason about multi-sided marketplace
• Proven track record leading multi-quarter initiatives and delivering impactful products measured by
• Strong technical fluency with ML- and algorithms-driven products; comfortable working through
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to influence executive leadership and align
• Demonstrated ability to hire, develop, and retain high-performing PMs and build healthy, high-trust
