• 10–15+ years in product management
• 3–5+ years managing product teams
• Experience scaling a core product area central to business success
• Strong leadership, talent development, and high performance standards
• Deep customer empathy and focus on trust, usability, and outcomes
• Commercial mindset with ability to tie decisions to revenue and demand
