• Partner with Design and Eng to optimize the SDLC from discovery to delivery.
• Recruit, mentor, and scale PMs with data-informed decision-making.
• Bridge Product with Sales, Marketing, and Operations for GTM success.
• Implement prioritization models balancing customer delight, debt, and revenue.
• Establish data-driven ROI measurement for shipped features.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in Product Management with 3+ years in leadership.
• Experience scaling products in complex ecosystems.
• Expert data queries, KPI definition, BI-driven strategy.
• Ability to translate trade-offs into exec-ready narratives.
• Deep understanding of how system changes affect user behavior.
• Knowledge of liquidity/clearing or API-first architectures.
