Director of Product Management, Applications

📋 Description

• Accountable for product strategy, roadmap, and execution across Certify's Applications portfolio
• Lead trade offs in investment that lead to accelerating revenue and delighted, profitable customers
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Operations, Sales, Customer Success, and leadership to translate
• Develop next generation of application offerings in partnership with sales and business development
• Prepare for the agentic future by embedding powerful applied AI solutions throughout the portfolio
• Ensure Certify is well prepared for agent-first go to market approaches

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of Product Management experience
• 5+ years of leading product teams or founder experience scaling and leading teams
• Exceptional product thinker, comfortable with ambiguity and able to help teams execute efficiently
• Experience with growth stage start-ups and learning from larger scale and earlier stage companies
• Health tech experience, particularly fluency in provider data and Credentialing in a B2B SaaS
• Widely respected for the clarity you bring to complex situations
