• Lead, hire, and manage a team of senior product managers
• Define strategy for Artifactory and drive it to execution
• Use data from customers, research, and metrics to inform decisions
• Oversee product life cycle from ideation to launch
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a holistic platform
• Continuously review business needs, priorities, milestones, and risks

🎯 Requirements

• Strong leadership and mentorship skills
• 3+ years direct experience managing product managers
• 6+ years product management in a tech company
• Experience with large-scale product serving thousands of customers
• Experience delivering web UI/UX research and design
• Technical experience in Engineering, DevOps, SRE, or Tech Support (a plus)
• Excellent interpersonal skills
