Director of Product Management, Award Management

📋 Description

• Own the product vision and multi-year roadmap for the Award Management suite, aligning priorities
• Build, lead, coach, and develop a team of product managers by establishing clear goals, supporting
• Define and execute a multi-platform product strategy across the portfolio, sequencing investments
• Partner with engineering leadership on platform migrations, product consolidations, and
• Represent the Award Management strategy, roadmap, and priorities to executive leadership and key
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams on packaging, pricing, go-to-market

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of B2B product management experience, including demonstrated experience leading and
• Proven success defining and executing product strategy across a multi-product or multi-platform
• Strong experience working in Agile environments with distributed, cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on experience with platform migrations, product consolidation, modernization, or similar
• Strong ability to prioritize roadmaps based on customer needs, business impact, strategic value
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments, making sound decisions with incomplete
