• Product delivery: Ship high-quality product with cadence; ensure go-to-market.
• Product operations: Evolve how we support other teams to do their best work.
• Innovation and AI: Drive innovation and ethical AI across product teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Multiple years experience managing and leading teams of at least 3 product managers.
• Proven track record delivering world-class B2B SaaS products to market.
• Strong strategic thinker with history of owning and driving product strategy.
• Strong executor with a track record of shipping products fast to high quality.
• Demonstrate strong commercial acumen with ability to drive financials across product lines.
• Excellent communication skills, empathy and ability to resonate with diverse stakeholders.
