Director of Product Management (Claims)

📋 Description

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for claims platform.
• Partner with Claims to optimize end-to-end lifecycle and translate needs.
• Integrate AI and automation across claims lifecycle to streamline processes.
• Prioritize data and tooling with Engineering to deliver the roadmap.
• Develop and monitor claims KPIs to drive iteration.
• Build MVPs, run market analyses, and present insights to leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product management with end-to-end ownership.
• Translate features into business value for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Analytical with SQL, Python, Excel, Tableau, Metabase, or Power BI.
• Experience leading cross-functional work across Engineering, Product, and business teams.
• Skilled in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Experience building and deploying agentic AI solutions (Claude).
