Director of Product Management, Data Integrations

📋 Description

• Own data ingestion, normalization, and workflows; hands-on with engineering
• Maintain a unified roadmap across ingestion, processing, governance, and integrations
• Collaborate with peer PMs on APIs and developer-facing surfaces
• Lead and coach senior PMs across data workflows and integrations
• Manage vendor/partner relationships and integration pipeline
• Stay ahead of marketing tech and data integration trends, including MCP

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years PM experience incl. managing senior ICs
• Deep experience with data products: ingestion, transformation, normalization, or workflow
• Strong engineering partnership; fluent in data pipelines, ETL/ELT, and data warehousing
• Experience with ESPs/MSPs/CDPs/CRMs; Snowflake, Kafka, dbt, Airflow familiarity
• Working knowledge of API design and developer-facing surfaces
• Skilled communicator across engineering, commercial, and external partner audiences
