Director of Product Management – Data Platform

📋 Description

• Define product strategy and roadmap for the Data Platform.
• Drive One Platform adoption to speed data onboarding for customers.
• Lead PMs building enterprise data infra powering Bloomreach apps and AI.
• Own data foundation for AI agents and Loomi Connect APIs/schemas.
• Partner with Engineering on streaming (Kafka/Omniconnect+), zero-copy, data export.
• Align with GTM and Customer Success on launches and adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in product management; 3+ years leading teams as Director.
• Data platforms, infrastructure, or integration in B2B SaaS/MarTech.
• ETL/ELT, streaming architectures, and API-first design.
• Experience driving platform adoption and onboarding for enterprise.
• AI/ML data requirements and agent architectures familiarity.
• Proven PM leadership; cross-functional collaboration; commerce/retail/marketing tech a plus.
