Director of Product Management - Evidence Platform

📋 Description

• Lead and grow the Product Management org for the Evidence Platform.
• Own strategic product domains from discovery to launch.
• Translate long-term vision into strategy and measurable outcomes.
• Build reusable platform capabilities across multiple products.
• Partner with customers and engineering to deliver outcomes.
• Balance customer value with platform scalability and reliability.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in CS, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related.
• 10+ years of Product Management experience, including leading PMs.
• Experience building enterprise SaaS, data platforms, or analytics.
• Strong understanding of clinical research, RWE/RWD, healthcare analytics.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into execution and measurable outcomes.
• Experience using Azure DevOps for roadmaps and backlog.
