• 4+ years leading product management or platform roles.
• Experience leading product teams in technical environments.
• Proven success delivering platform roadmaps balancing value & scalability.
• Strong execution discipline coordinating cross-functional dependencies.
• Excellent communication and decision-making; influence multiple teams.
• Has previously held Senior Manager or Director-level roles; clearance eligible.
