📋 Description

• Own and evolve the lending product strategy and roadmap
• Scale Toast Capital and embedded lending experiences
• Identify and sequence opportunities in working capital and lending
• Lead 1-to-n scaling and 0-to-1 incubation across lending products
• Define end-to-end lending experiences and scalable infra
• Embed access to capital into Toast restaurant workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in product management, including leading PM teams
• Deep fintech/embedded finance, lending, or payments experience
• Proven track record scaling a product line from discovery to launch
• Strong judgment balancing customer experience, risk, compliance, economics
• Experience with cross-functional teams (risk, legal, finance, ops, data science, eng)
• Data-driven with ability to define opportunities, prioritize, and measure outcomes
