Director of Product Management, Platform

📋 Description

• Define and execute the roadmap for Cobalt's integration ecosystem (e.g., SFDC, Slack/MS Teams
• Own the product side of technology partnerships — API/webhook strategy, partner onboarding
• Partner with Finance, Sales, and the VP of Product to design and evolve pricing and packaging
• Own the roadmap for role-based access control, authentication, and customer administration
• Absorb and elevate the Customer Focus charter — customer journey, scoping and calculator
• Oversee the operating rhythm of the Product org — roadmap cadence, QBRs, Product Hour, in-platform

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in product management, including 3+ years in a people-leadership role (Director, Group PM
• Demonstrated experience owning platform, integrations, or ecosystem products — defining
• Direct experience with pricing and packaging design for a multi-tier or multi-product SaaS
• Working knowledge of access control, authentication, and enterprise security/compliance
• A track record of leading product operations or platform functions that support an entire product
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills — proven ability to align Engineering, Design, Sales, and
